The phone you see here is not what I received. They sent me a black one and when I called to do an exchange they gave me false hope. Then they told me they could not locate the Pink iPhone anywhere. So I asked if they could just send me a iPhone 16 in pink as the replacement. I was told yes then I they told me I would need to pay 385 for the phone. When my iPhone 15 cost 0 due to a promotion. I’m very unhappy with this purchase and I stuck with a product I didn’t want
