De iPhone 14 Plus 256GB valt op door zijn grote, heldere scherm en indrukwekkende batterijduur, waardoor je makkelijk een hele dag doorkomt, zelfs bij intensief gebruik. De prestaties zijn vlot dankzij de A15-chip en het toestel is verrassend licht voor zijn formaat. Wel moet je het doen met een 60Hz-scherm, wat minder vloeiend is dan veel concurrenten, en ontbreekt een telelens voor optische zoom. Opladen gaat ook trager dan bij andere merken. Voor wie een groot scherm en lange batterij zoekt, is dit een sterke keuze, maar wie de nieuwste schermtechnologie of camera-opties wil, kan beter verder kijken.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
