De iPhone 14 128GB biedt sterke prestaties, een helder OLED-scherm en uitstekende camera’s, vooral bij weinig licht. De batterij gaat makkelijk een dag mee en handige veiligheidsfuncties zoals nood-SOS via satelliet zijn toegevoegd. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van een 120Hz-scherm, geen optische zoom en weinig vernieuwing ten opzichte van de iPhone 13. De camerabult kan het toestel wiebelig maken op een vlakke ondergrond. Voor wie overstapt van een ouder toestel of Android is dit een grote stap vooruit, maar wie al een iPhone 13 heeft, merkt weinig verschil.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.
