De Bodum Melkopschuimer Barista 600W Black is een handige, betaalbare keuze voor wie thuis cappuccino’s of lattes wil maken. Het apparaat is heel eenvoudig in gebruik: één knop indrukken en binnen enkele minuten heb je warm of koud melkschuim, ook met plantaardige melk. Het design is compact en stijlvol, en het reservoir is makkelijk schoon te maken. Let op: je kunt maar één of twee koppen per keer maken, dus het is minder geschikt voor gezinnen. Het schuim is goed, maar niet zo luchtig als bij professionele machines. De basisunit mag niet in de vaatwasser, alleen het reservoir. Al met al een degelijke keuze voor dagelijks gebruik, vooral als je snel en zonder gedoe melkschuim wilt.

Didn’t froth milk. Unsure why. It worked, looks good and easy to use but the milk was not at all frothed on completion of “froth” cycle. Had to return it.

For well frothed milk you can’t go past the Bistro Milk Frother 11901-01. It is speedy and very easy to clean. Perfect for 1-2 cups. Only thing to get used to: it doesn’t beep when finished, so you need to keep an eye for when the milk is finished.

Lasted about 3 months before conking out i.e. not heating or frothing milk. Definitely not worth the money.
