I bought three sets of Sonos Sonance speakers and the service was excellent including a price match that I wasn't sure they would honour., but they did.

wanted some ceiling speakers and was very surprised how well the richer sounds team helped wit this process. they knew their products and advised mea ccordinly for my requirements, with regards to pricing and room size and needs.
