I bought these as a permanent fixture for my bbq and seating zone for my garden instead of using a portable Bluetooth speaker. Paired up with the Wiim amp I also bought I am really happy and impressed by their performance and design,

Sound from these is OK but they're not going to blow you away. Outdoor is hard though and in fairness, my zone with 2 pairs was pretty big. However, I'm more concerned about the connectors being outside. There's no weatherproof cover for the terminals as I was expecting for outdoor speakers. The speaker wire just clips in to open-to-the-elements terminals. I guess they have an internal, system that connects the external terminals to the inside of the speaker but those connections are exposed. I kept looking at the manual and box to make sure I hadn't missed anything but no mention of anything.
