Totally amazing product been using it for years. Their support and service is outstanding. Getting spare part when cat flipped it over and also order matters.

This thing has so many fake reviews, it's one of the products that designer created their beautiful product in their head but with 0 engineering in it. I placed a hair of my cat so close to it and it wouldn't even suck it to the collector. This is a 200 dollar night lamp. If you have not yet buy it, don't. I guarantee you will regret it. Look at the reviews, many of them are very fake!

It really didn't do anything for our household; We kept it running for several months and not once was there even a speck of dust on the collector plate. We eventually ended up purchasing the which immediately worked far, far, FAR better -- at a fraction of the price. I've jokingly offered this product to relatives and neighbors.. and noone even wants it. Because it doesn't work. Months upon months later, I'm still not sure we didn't get caught up in a mighty scam. It's either very, very, VERY inefficient, or we received a defective product. yet still, it sits there, in our bedroom, up on the nightstand.. a reminder that we must be more careful with our money.

I have had an unusually dusty house despite working vigorously to keep it all under control. This air purifier has worked wonders. It really does cut down on visible dust, is quiet, and very easy to keep clean. I will soon order another for my upstairs rooms!

It is bad qaulity! After using less than one year, the negative ion generator is break which is the most valuable part of product. There is no repair sevice since I brought it from U.S. and I am in China. Also the paid repair service will cost $200 for that. The product looks good but bad quality! And I disassembly the product as picture. There is only a negative ion generator and few sample interface connection. It is not worth hundreds dollars!
