paper tray doesn't work, is in pieces, doesn't lift the tray automatically- tray doesn't work. printer is damaged and appears to have taken a pretty heavy blow to the right side, plastic tray is out of place and doesn't slide forward locking it into place.

This printer makes a noise when idle. It sounds like an MRI running. I am constantly getting a headache. I must say the printer quality is excellent

Spent $900 on this printer and it last a little more than 2 years. Don't waste your money!

The printer worked fine for a little over a year. The network board has gone bad. What seems odd is that when I went through HP to check the factory warranty they said my warranty ran out in June of 2018, I bought the printer in January of 2018 and it has a one year factory warranty...I had a Square Trade extended warranty which was another mistake I made, save your money on that purchase. It's an $850.00 printer! should last longer than that

These things are workhorses. My only complaint is with HP and how quickly they EOL their printers.
