HP LaserJet Enterprise M606dn Laser 1200 x 1200 DPI A4 62 ppm

Upon receipt of the new HP Printer, we noticed that something had damaged all the Styrofoam packaging inside the box. The side of the box was a little torn, and the Styrofoam inside the package was in a million tiny dust like pieces. The printer had to be blown out with 2 cans of canned air because it was full of these tiny Styrofoam pieces. After the printer was pulled out of the box, it was evident there was also tiny specs of card board and a ton of mouse droppings inside. Where ever this product was stored needs to be looked into as mouse droppings are a health hazard and steps should be taken appropriately. So far the product has worked OK but we don't know if we will find damage elsewhere.

The printer never worked right from the day I received it. Spent hundreds of dollars diagnosing our networks, but it was the printer. The warranty on this printer was also garbage. Preregistered months before I purchased it, it caused me serious grief with HP in trying to get warranty help. I would suggest not purchasing from this seller.
