Only rated one star as there isn't a more negative option. Frother attachment did not work right out of the box. I spent over an hour on the phone (multiple calls) and video chat with uninformed Nespresso customer service representatives. No resolution, and subsequently the machine stopped working completely. All of this within a week of delivery. My only option is to return the machine to Macys.

Expected machine to do more. Milk capacity is very small, steams milk but does not foam, have to clean milk apparatus after every use. General quality (build, buttons, etc) is lower than expected. Would not expect this machine to have a long lifespan. Only short cups fit under spout. Cannot dispense into taller glass. And VERY loud, louder than 3 other Nespresso machines I have used. Loud enough to wake sleeping spouse upstairs. Definitely not worth the high cost.

For twelve years I had a De' Longhi espresso machine. It was wonderful. When it ceased to work I purchased this model. I should have sent it back immediately. You can only make one cappuccino and then must clean device to make a second. In addition the frother does not work unless you press and hold milk container against machine. This was a waste of money.
