Fit my Gran Dama Delonghi unit ESAM6620 perfectly. Already used it and the first round produced some coagulated milk (i throw it away) and subsequently it works fine! pretty happy with the product

Love this machine. It's paid for itself because now there's no need to rush out to our favorite coffee shop. We've had a Magnifica for 10 years. Our old one still proudly makes brew at our daughters house. If you love good coffee and can afford the price, this is one machine you should look at. Absolutely no complaints.

The item was fine but the wrong size for my machine. My machine model was not listed and the dimensions in the description of this jug relate to the size of the box, not the jug - useless! With the lid on, this jug is 19cm tall. The jug I need uses the same lid but is 20.5cm tall with the lid on. As Amazon did not offer this taller version, I sourced it elsewhere online at £28 plus postage - much cheaper than this product. Notably, the taller jug comes in exactly the same sized box as this product, so that doesn't provide any clues. Unless your machine model is specifically named, I recommend you measure the height of your original jug and lid. If yours is 19cm tall, this product will be right, otherwise try 'Espares'.

Bought to replace broken jug, which had lasted for 5 years. Delivered promptly, well packaged. Was concerned when we tried to take the black top off- it was very stiff and we thought we were going to break it- but I think we'd just got used to a very worn jug ! Quite expensive .

This thing works like magic. Easy to care for and descale, clean, maintain. Makes the best latte, cap, and even single shot/double shot coffee. By far worth the investment and just in the savings makes me a believer in DeLonghi. I have cut my trips to Starbucks by over 80%!
