It opens wrong side. The hinge for the "door" at the wrong edge.

Really good suitcases. Lightweight, lots of storage compartments, great quality, love the colour.

I bought the smaller one the other month for weekends and long weekends and it was excellent, I left it a great review. So I decided I needed the bigger one as well. Superb quality and looks sleek. More than big enough for a two week holiday for me. It comes with its own clever locking system and I hope it will last a long time.

Only used it a couple of times so far, so can’t comment on how long it’s going to last. However, it’s a great quality item and I’m really happy with it. Very functional, light weight and smart looking. I particularly like the built in locking system.

I bought this case a month or so ago and used it for the first time for a holiday in Europe. To my utter dismay one of the wheels has broken so that the case does not wheel or stand up properly. The case was not overfilled or treated roughly so I am extremely disappointed in Samsonite.
