Bought the large size in Lime at a high street store as it was on sale. It’s lightweight but compared to the DashPop that we already had, it’s flimsy, less spacious and doesn’t wheel along as easily. We thought the AeroStep would be even better than the DashPop since the AeroStep is more expensive but it’s worse in all ways. The zip handle broke on first use, the retractable handle wobbles, the wheels don’t glide as smoothly and you have to put more effort into steering, and it’s not as spacious as we are used to with the DashPop. The colour options for the AeroStep are also all quite ugly. Lime is okay but it’s quite a bright neon green. Contacted the place we bought the AeroStep and managed to return for a refund. Replaced it with another DashPop.

I love the way it looks...Hopefully it will be sturdy..

How can you sell or make a bag that does not allow easy handling when placed horizontal

The luggage is very long light and easy to move around but, I'm worried about the wheels they look delicate.

I ordered this case for an upcoming holiday. As usual I packed last minute. I tried the extender zip first but couldn't fasten it. There were big holes where the zip should have fastened. However, I'm going that day. I carry on packing, and go to do the case up and the zipper that forms part of the lock just came away in my hand. Really disappointed. I've complained to American Tourister and waiting for a resolution.
