I am extremely pleased with this fridge! It is surprisingly hard to find a large French Door refrigerator in the UK market that features a proper bottom pull-out freezer drawer rather than the split left-right doors with tiny baskets. Most models with this style are either unavailable or from Chinese brands, so finding a premium one from Samsung with this exact design and massive internal capacity is fantastic. Everything fits easily, and the space utilization is top-tier. The only reason for taking off a star is a minor cosmetic flaw upon unboxing: the white plastic trim on one of the fridge shelves is misaligned and warping slightly upwards, so it doesn't sit flush with the frame. It doesn't affect functionality, but it is a small quality control defect on a brand-new appliance. Overall, a brilliant and rare design on the market—highly recommended!

Set up is relatively easy although would have preferred a proper printed manual. Also wasn't sure if a water filter was provided (it is in the compartment!) nor did the manual give the model number for replacements! it looks like it can only be added to ONE onine smart account ie others have to login as the original person registered for the account which is silly. We weren't exactly sure which trays go where inside the fridge and seem to have a surplus one! Icemaker and water jug are great. Loads of space and much nicer than our previous Samsung Fridge Freezer that broke down (still in warranty!). Otherwise seems ok...would be good if the trays and fittings were a bit less fragile. I think overall you should work with an external design agency as some things not thought out well and could be improved upon...

Purchased for my Mum who had been a prior purchaser of an American FF and French FF in the past 12 years. I was fortunate to receive a discount, however did not notice that this reduced the guarantee from 5 years to 2 years. Was in a rush as the old one Samsung was being collected after multiple faults and repairs so 5 year warranty was a must. Yet entitled to a discount under the programme but penalised for using it! Doors are unaligned - see image. Spent an hour and 20 on a char with 3 staff a call on the weekend following its arrival on Friday. All they said was return it and we will waive the £50 return fee - so unhelpful. Now a decision to make to I return and buy elsewhere so I receive the 5 year guarantee as it was used many time last appliance or buy another brand as they clearly do not want my business?
