Philips - Grote-mensenbeker - SCF782/00

[Employee of philipsglobal] I have bought the munchkin miracle cup and this cup and if it weren't for the price I would buy a ton more because its much more durable than the munchkin cuo and it doesn't spill. I have used this cup over a month and its still intact and my daughter loves it! The munchkin cuo has a ring around it and it tore which made it began to leak and this cup doesn't have that. I've always loved avent products and will definitely keep buying from them :)

[Employee of philipsglobal] This cup performed well for 2 days at start, my daughter was happy with it. But after use of 2 days, it started leaking. if I hold the cup upside down it leaks. I will be happy to return product and provide more information to assist Philips to fix this problem.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Wij zijn totaal niet tevreden met deze beker. Soms denk ik dat haar kleren meer water hebben gekregen dan ze zelf gedronken heeft. We hebben er nu van een ander merk gekocht en die zijn super.

I bought this for my son hope he will learn to drink out of the cup like adults, but the water leaked on his shirt. And the top is not easy to clean. It's all black inside the top.

I think this cup is a great idea. However, I have on son that has always had difficulty with eating and drinking and receives speech therapy. This seemed like a great next step to get away from sippy cups but the flow is to fast. He ends up dribbling it down the front of him. I really wish that there was a slower flow or 2 separate cups. Maybe a stage 1 and a stage 2 each with different flows???? Since, the flow is to fast for him it really isn't working out for us as he just makes a mess and wears whatever he is drinking.
