I was disappointed when this item was cancelled due to the supplier failing to supply according to the reason I received, after waiting for almost 3 weeks. I had to place an order again but Finally the item arrived in good condition and I tested it to make sure it never used and indeed it’s a brand new hard drive. I am happy it’s working properly as well.

First order arrived dead on arrival and I returned it and asked for a replacement Second drive arrive and first thing I noticed was the manufactured date was Sept 2014. More than 11 years ago. I installed disk analysis software and found that this drive had been powered on for 5 years and 28 days. Average non-IT person would not realise this is a secondhand drive. Which is probably their target audience
