I bought two drives. Both came packed in small boxes. The drives were tilted sideways to accommodate the packaging. two days after installation 1 drive packed up and I had to log a return. When the replacement drive arrived. Same story, badly packed. No foam or cushioning was used. good service from takealot. bad service from there supplier's
