this is a piece of junk printer. It was easy to set up and it was printing fine for me for the first month. Then it started going down hill. printer constantly telling me there's an error with printing. Of course tried the obvious, deleting the printer and re adding. I got success doing this once. Now the printer turns on and engages when you send a print doc to it and you can hear the feeder start up but then it stops and doesn't print the the document.

What a pos! Had an HP for 10 years with no issues. We decided to upgrade at my job, and what a nightmare! after 1 year, this thing goes in the trash. It is CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW PRINTER EACH TIME instead of just replacing toner!!! It would cost you $25 less to just get a new printer each time - except you don't want that many pieces of useless crap! Our ink/toner cost went up from about $200/year - $1200/year. It is incapable of scanning something to email, so you have to use a USB drive every time. It is so poorly made, that it is incapable of printing a multiple page documents, they have to be printed 1 page at a time. In some cases, it's easier not to have a printer at all.

Printer is good! But only could use it until the starter cartridges ran out. Costs $400 just for more! Way too expensive. Printers are becoming a greedy commodity!

Well after making only about 10 prints from this printer the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be replaced. Really? Just 10 prints? Wow. OK order a new one. Almost no one has them and when you find one it's double the normal price because.....almost no one has them. The prints are fine but having to replace the Waste Toner Bottle every 10 prints is crazy. I wish I never purchased this printer.

This is a great printer, the initial toner cartridges showed low after printing about a dozen color images and then the toner cartridges' full size are very expensive. A full set are about $550 for the set of five and that is for the 1500 page toner carts. No telling how many prints they will get out of them.
