I am a 45 years user of warm beige 08 now that the shade is no longer available I’ve purchased 7 colors and none match and the formula is not the same why change something that has kept EL in business for many years. I’m a cosmetologist that does hair and makeup for weddings and special events. My clients also use EL 08 flawless finish all of them are saying the same thing and very upset that they can’t find a shade that matches Please bring back 08 warm beige!

I needed to replace my old version of the foundation. It was a 08 and called Warm Beige I. I purchased four different color of foundation and none are the correct color. Hello Alyce! Love the application method and the coverage. The porcelain beige color blends in with my natural skin color. I was looking for a full coverage foundation and this does the trick. Some powder foundations I’ve tried did not cover my redness. So all in all, very happy with the product.

It’s unbelievable that the company could not “fix” their return system for more than two weeks. I purchased a Sponge On Make Up, but the sponge is missing. I have called twice to ask if they can just send me the sponge, but they said that the only way to fix it is to return and refund. The point is they said that their return system has been down. It has been two weeks, they still haven’t emailed me the return label. For a sizable company, this is not an acceptable excuse! We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced with your Sponge On Makeup. I understand how disappointing it is to receive the product without the sponge and then have to wait for a return label. I have approved a replacement for you. Please call us back at your convenience so our team can process the replacement, and a new item will be sent to you.
