Excellent for getting into guttering etc but it is a bit expensive for what it is.

I use this nifty multi angled adaptor on my K7 fir car cleaning. Fantastic for the entire car and especially the wheel arch areas. It makes it possible to jet that awkward top edge of the wheel arch where mud deposits build. Also I prefer car cleaning with this angled head on my lance as it makes the lance shorter overall and for me that just feels more controllable. Head rotates to all angles and through 360 degrees so any angle is possible. Great addition to your jet washing kit.

With a Karcher K4, I found the pressure at maximum for this attachment to be just below the maximum sensible level for washing cars with the angle adjustment for easily cleaning wheel arches to be worth the price alone, primarily purchased for underbody cleaning in the winter months and it does that job.
