You get lots of added value with this Duo kit that many similar systems do not offer. Hollyland has done a good job with their first wireless audio system. While the system may not be the most compact, have the best range or battery life, for many users the new features, ease of setup and controls that it offers can make it a better system for users who operate behind the camera, rather than film themselves as much.

Having used the original Rode Wireless GO for the past 2 years, when it came to upgrading my system I opted for two sets the Rode Wireless GO II's. I have not been disappointed. For interview-style productions it's perfect, for Zoom/Teams conference calls I route the pair of receivers through a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 using their analog TRS interface and 2 x RØDE VXLR Mini-jack to XLR Adaptors giving 4 microphones around the table. The option to connect the unit via USB into a laptop or iPhone using the integrated ADC is amazing for such a small unit. Not to mention the facility to record a back-up track on the receiver. RØDE have excelled in these units. Take the opportunity to download the App or desktop software, this unlocks other features within the receiver.

Handig systeem en simpel in gebruik, klein en lichtgewicht ook. Aangekocht om podcasts en interviews op te nemen dus ideaal met 2 transmitters die je ook op 2 aparte bestanden kan laten opnemen om apart aan te passen. Zowel op de laptop als op de smartphone makkelijk te koppelen met de software/app (wel even een kabeltje bij kopen voor de smartphone). Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop en dat voor een zeer redelijke prijs als starter.

Geweldige microfoontjes. Ik gebruik ze voor trouwvideografie. In combinatie met de Rode Lavelier Go mooi weg te werken bij bruid en bruidegom. Ook heel handig dat de recording door kan lopen bij het verliezen van de connectie met de camera, hierdoor weet je zeker dat de opname gewoon doorloopt.

Dit is een welkome aanvulling voor mijn nieuwe op te bouwen set. Op zich voelen de enigszins fragiele kastjes wat goedkoop aan, maar dat valt uiteindelijk best mee, maar de kwaliteit is wel een aanrader. Aansluiten op de "RodeCentral", opladen, terugluisteren, wissen. Echt superhandig bedacht. En je hoeft bijna geen gewicht extra mee te nemen, ze wegen weinig, superklein en makkelijk te verbergen.
