I received the drive at the crack of dawn and the only complaints I have are that it was the devil to unpack and the connecting cable is a bit short. As with all these items the available storage is less than advertised. in this case 1.8 tb instead of 2 . However all moans aside it is a good product. light and quick. I recommend it

This is my first Verbatim portable hard drive and so far I am quite happy. It copies fast and has no issue connecting to things. It looks good too. It has a beautiful finish and it's lightweight and compact. Not bulky at all. My only gripe is with the length of the wire. Why does it have to be so short??? If the wire was longer it would be perfect.

Using the drive for backups of my mac, transfer speed is quick considering the amount of GB's being thrown at it. Nice and solid piece of kit.
