I bought this in January 2016 and as of this review it is now August 2017 so I have been using this for a year and 8 months. Extremely satisfied with it. It has not lost any power or performance during that almost 2 year period and all the features work as promised. The 4 heat settings are extremely useful in addition to having 3 speeds and a cold mode. Best of all is that you can touch anywhere on this dryer (except the removable plastic part) during use and not feel even the slightest warmth. Very great design and build quality and the shape makes it easy to use. Because you can hold it from the top part as well means it is handy that the top part is relatively long as well as this makes it easy to grip and use. By far the best hair dryer we have ever owned and even intend to get it as mother's day present next year for my mom.
