I bought this reluctantly because of the price, but as a recently widowed mom I had to bring in Hank the Tank! He sure was worth it! My huge backyard looks impeccable and all the neighbours constantly comment on how amazing it looks.

I am into my third summer with this mower and overall I am fairly happy. We have some steep slopes and ditch that I had to wear cleats when trying to cut by hand so I never fell down the hill. The robot generally does well on it however there are a few places it gets stuck. I have been working on smoothing out those steeper areas and have finally got my first successful cut in. I only wish this unit would cut a little higher than it does to help protect against drought and cut in straight lines like some of the competitors.

I'm on year 5 with this mower and I've never had a problem. I set it up each spring, change the blades every 3 months, and off it goes. It's been 100% reliable (knock on wood). I'm grateful not to be pushing a hand mower in the heat and humidity breathing dirt and gas fumes! I paid $1000 more for this mower than it costs now and paid to have the line set but it was worth every penny.

I bought this mower last Fall and I installed it this Spring. The configuration is a bit tricky. You must make sure to read the instruction manual before and follow it! Although I went trough little issues about the installation, I called the technical support that has been really helpful. :) Thank you very much!
