I'd had problems with a Pro portable audio recorder failing to record properly to a previous SD card. Think the problem was partly due to heat in the sun and the relentlessness of the data writing that occurs with such an audio recorder (the card then gets even hotter). This card has so far had no problems when used outside in the sunshine (not that there has been much sunshine this Summer!) recording 8 tracks at 24-bit 48KHz sample rate for hours on end. No hesitation recommending this if you've experienced similar problems on an OB or when location recording.

Great Memory card, and trusted brand. Also comes with 2 years free recovery which came in handy when I didn’t eject it properly and had to save my photos!
