You get full surround sound with a mixer in HP Omen’s gaming hub that will blow your mind, and it doesn’t cost half as much as other headsets that don’t perform as well.

I got 2 of this unit for my son. Headsets only works in one ear after awhile. Totally disappointed.

HP wouildn't honor warranty even though only purchaced 4 months ago. I provided a recipt but to no avail. I cannot reccomend.

My headset was gifted to me about a year ago and has actually been working quite well. Until that is when moving around I lost the usb adaptor cable and the headset would not function when plugged into the omen laptop. There is no replacement part available for purchase for the cable and after a total of 40 minutes over two calls I was told that they have NO replacement parts in general and that there was nothing they can do about it. The real kicker was that the omen support worker actually told me to go to best buy because maybe they can help. So I am coming back here to leave a warning for others that if you get this headset make sure that every piece is accounted for because the company who made it can't help you.
