Snood 2: On Vacation is een draagbaar puzzelspel dat lijkt op de originele PC-versie, met verschillende spelmodi en de mogelijkheid tot multiplayer. De gameplay is eenvoudig en uitdagend, maar het spel mist diepgang en wordt snel saai. De grafische kwaliteit is matig, sommige snoods zijn lastig te onderscheiden en de muziek is repetitief. Een groot nadeel is dat je je voortgang niet kunt opslaan in de verhaalmodus. Multiplayer is alleen mogelijk als beide spelers het spel bezitten. Dit spel is vooral geschikt voor korte speelsessies, maar biedt weinig langdurige motivatie voor de meeste spelers.

I bought this game knowing quite well that it was subpar. It was an ironic purchase meant to get a few laughs amongst myself and others. In that regard, the game met my expectations.

Snood 2 is as challenging as it's larger format. The different Snoods are fun to watch too. The music can be a little irritating, but that can be controlled.

I got this for both my mother and my mother-in-law for Christmas gifts because they are both huge Snood fans. They aren't great with change (especially change involving technology), but they both love this game and play it every evening!
