Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2

I'm truly glade to report that this PC game/Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter-2; "It's everything that Amazon, and the postings says it is!! This is One Awesome computer game!! And let me also say that the game's graphics, and the in-game communications between yourself(as Caption/Ghost-Leader), and your three team mate(s) in the Champaign Section, are truly awesome!! And for PC gamers; this game works great on your Windows-7 PC, and I highly recommend this game for serious, and skilled military veterans or military minded gamers....

This is one of those games I just keep playing and playing over and over again. I like how each mission is always where I'm in control and you don't get stuck in fast action assaults by force. You can if you want to play like that.. I like Stealth games and the whole point of a game like this is to plan out your attack and everything is methodical and full stealth. I desire for a complete mission that I and my team are the only one shooting. Sneak and strike, they never know what happened. I have no idea why this version of this game is so hard to find. Amazon was the ONLY one that has it. The download process is simple and sweet. Loose the game and you can re-download again. I love how Amazon does this. Definite great game. I like it MUCH better than the newer versions. I think this is the best Ghost Recon in the series of this game.

Arguably the peak of the series. A more up to date take on the original Ghost Recon's gameplay, but with improvements. All equipment has its place, enemy AI is challenging, friendly AI is actually competent. If you're looking for a true tactical shooter without all the extreme micromanaging of the old Rainbow Six games and more depth than the more recent "tactical shooter" titles, you can't go wrong here. Mods exist for the game as well, but not nearly to the extent as other games. Mostly fixes and additional weapons Unfortunately, the multiplayer component is offline permanently, and there is no available workaround at the moment. LAN mode may still work, but unconfirmed.

Dark. Few options. May be realistic for it's time but it ain't fun.

Multi-player could have been better. Planned this purchase for in-house LAN party. Was bust for the pre-teen group, adult groups was not that enthused.
