Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition op PS5 is een solide remaster van een klassieke action-RPG. De game ziet er mooier uit dan ooit dankzij verbeterde graphics en vloeiendere prestaties, maar blijft technisch niet altijd stabiel. Het spel biedt veel speelplezier door gevarieerde gevechten, slimme puzzels en een uitgebreid lootsysteem. Alle DLC’s zijn inbegrepen, wat de levensduur verlengt. Toch voelt het verhaal soms gedateerd en zijn er nog steeds technische mankementen. Voor fans van het genre en liefhebbers van de originele game is dit een aanrader, maar wie op zoek is naar een volledig nieuwe ervaring of een vlekkeloze port, kan beter even wachten. De DualSense-ondersteuning is een leuke toevoeging, maar voegt niet heel veel toe aan de ervaring.

Out of all darksiders this 1 is the best looking ones BUT!! also the most drawn out games to long and the back and forth is nuts if it wasn't Death i wouldn't even have played

The whole Darksiders line is amazing.. fun games to play challenging and a lot of puzzles. !!

I'm not even half way though this game and already I'm a not liking it very much. It's got some glitches that should've been taken care of. This games saves after every step you take to where if you make a mistake, you can't go back or reset it. I've already had to start a new game because of that and now I just might have to do it again because of it's bad saving habbit. Not happy with it, but I'll get through it eventually, I guess.
