Worth the buy, have spent 20 hours so far in Ultimate Mode (like RPG/fighter) and still playing.

The story line is true to the series which is fun. However when fighting it is really annoying when you can't substitute away from the person like in generations.

An amazing sequel to the Ninja Storm. This game begins at the beginning of Shippuden and ends at the end of the Pain arc. The main story is excellent involving all your favourite characters. The boss battles are done very well with a combination of quicktime events and special tactic fights. There are a tonne of characters to unlock from the Fourth Hokage to Killer Bee. Completing the story line is only half the fun. After the completion many side quests are unlocked which involve performing friend quests and unlocking their support characters. There are also a few very challenging fights which will test really test your skills. This game is lots of fun and if you're a dedicated Naruto fan this game will not disappoint.

The first thing I thought when I first played this game was how great the graphics were. Although it doesn't match the anime's graphics it certainly comes close! Fans of the series will love this game and won't be disappointed. The only criticisms I have for this game is that it's very linear and there's hardly any time for “free-roaming” in ‘Ultimate Adventure’ mode. Granted this is a fighting game first and foremost it'd be exciting to see where they could take a JRPG/MMO approach to the world of Naruto. Loading times was also a minor issue. I often found myself repeating the same fights in “Free Battle” mode to save myself from slow loading screens. It doesn't harm the game in anyway but I would like to see these improved when Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is released. :D For those of you who are hesitant to buy this game but needed that extra push to purchase this then here it is; Add it to your trolley! You won't regret it. :]
