I don't know why I was charged so much for shipping

Even though the game was fine it wasn't new or sealed the product I got was a store display version paid full price for too, disappointed.

Bought a "New" copy and was sent an open/used copy. Good stuff gamestop.

It said “new” when buying it and the game was already open

Not new. It was a used copy advertised as new. Gamestop will never change.
