Valkyria Chronicles 4 op de Nintendo Switch wordt geprezen om zijn unieke combinatie van strategie, RPG en third-person shooter elementen, samen met een prachtige aquarel-achtige grafische stijl. De game biedt diepe strategische gameplay en veel herspeelbaarheid dankzij een lange campagne en extra missies. De verhaallijn en personages zijn sterk uitgewerkt, wat het verhaal meeslepend maakt. Wel zijn er enkele nadelen: de Switch-versie kent prestatieproblemen zoals vertraging bij drukke scènes, en het scoresysteem beloont snelheid boven slimme strategie, wat sommige spelers als frustrerend ervaren. Ook kan de menu-navigatie omslachtig zijn en is er weinig vernieuwing ten opzichte van het eerste deel. Over het algemeen is het een aanrader voor liefhebbers van tactische RPG’s, maar houd rekening met deze aandachtspunten.

It is a really good tactical rpg with action elements. And for the Switch, I enjoy it when I am on break from work.

This game is really fun and if you like Fire Emblem, you'll find some sort of enjoyment here. It has guns, some Real Time Strategy stuff and a pretty interesting story. Pick it up if you can!
