Sacred 3 - First Edition - Windows

When I try to launch the game on Windows 11 all I get is a message: "please insert CD 1". I tried to mount a fake iso as suggested online but this does not fix the problem at all...

(Bit of an ending spoiler) Gabriel 1 & 2 were my fav, I didn't really enjoy GK3, I had to use the walkthrough almost the whole time. I don't know if anyone was able to beat the game with no walkthrough. I think people with very high IQ would be able to solve the game better. The puzzles near the end was stressful. I really wish a GK4 was made cuz the ending feels like the story's incomplete. The video action scenes & voice acting was good though, but Gabriel's voice in GK1 did sound pretty hilarious that he sounded like a flirty Batman voice.

It's dishonest to keep selling a game that won't even run properly on a system that is now ancient (windows 10)

Unfortunately, this game is totally unplayable on Windows 10 and 11. Gog needs to fix this asap. this is a great game but as it stands, I can't understand how it is still being sold on this platform...

I could not get the game to work at all. Tried a couple of things but just gave up.
