Battlefield 3: Aftermath wordt geprezen om zijn vier nieuwe maps die zowel qua ontwerp als gameplay veel lof krijgen. De balans tussen infanterie- en voertuiggevechten is sterk, en de visuele presentatie is indrukwekkend. De toevoeging van nieuwe voertuigen en de Scavenger-modus bieden extra variatie, al wordt die laatste vaak als het zwakste onderdeel genoemd. Sommige spelers melden serverproblemen en vinden de kleurstelling van bepaalde maps te overheersend. Over het algemeen wordt Aftermath gezien als een van de beste uitbreidingen voor Battlefield 3, vooral voor wie van gevarieerde multiplayer houdt.

I already had 2 and wanted to follow the series, worthy match to the COD modern warfare series which I already have. Interesting locations, weapons and characters, lots of fun.

Doubt anyone plays this now but, man... when this came out it was absolutely insane playing on metro, hahaha. Good times
