Legacy of Kain: Defiance sluit de serie af met een sterk verhaal en mooie graphics, maar het leveldesign kan repetitief aanvoelen. De gevechten zijn toegankelijk en leuk, maar puzzels zijn minder prominent dan voorheen. Het verhaal is rijk maar soms verwarrend door tijdlijnsprongen. Technische problemen komen voor, maar hinderen het spelplezier meestal niet ernstig. Een aanrader voor fans, maar minder vernieuwend voor nieuwe spelers.

As other LoK it is amazing story. But I dont thik I ever saw worse camera in any game ever. All of the difficulty is comming from the camera, exploration is ruined by the camera, half of the time you are walking blind, becasue camera decided you have to look backward. Sound mixing is also bad, several sounds are too loud and drown dialog. Genuently just watch video of the cutscenes for the story and scip the game. If the do remaster, I will buy it on codition the camera is reworked.

I had heard of the game series, so when the soul reaver remasters can out I played them, then this. Honestly it was worth it. I do wish the series gets revived.
