Forgotten Realms Demon Stone

It seems to be a fun game. Very similar to the lord of the rings games from the original xbox. I would have given it five stars, but the sound is almost totally broken.

Not the greatest, not even in the high mark, but fun hack'n slash with D&D theme. Enjoyed it even more that I though. Is cheap and gives you a good time.

the game had many things to be a good one, a real scenarist, D&D environnement, but, alas, the gameplay is horrible. Boss are just boring repetitives mechanics, characters do not respond in a proper way, and sometimes you don't even see your character when the camera is wrongly placerd and ennemies are in the field... And so, i only enjoyed the D&D references and environnement.

I really liked this game aesthetically, it does a lot with the setting and there's a wide variety of creatures to fight and lore explored. Dialogue and characters are a bit stiff but I've seen worse. There's an attempt at characterization, which I appreciate. The soundtrack is baller and I love the voice cast, Patrick Stewart, John DiMaggio and Robin Atkin Downes. The gameplay is fun at first but the harder levels get very annoying. The ultimate experience of this game is trying to do a precision task, whilst someone slaps you around the back of the head. If that sounds delightful, then this is the game for you. The final mission really did my head in, just really tanky enemies and an bombardment of projectiles being thrown at you with an absolutely brutal checkpoint to go back to if you die. Game's a nice forgotten realms game, I enjoyed it enough and was glad I played it. It's worth a try but I iamgine it frustrating the everloving hell out of a fair few people.

I tried the original version and the new(2025) alternate versions but I am getting constant crashes at the end of Chapter 1 at the loading screen. No idea how to fix it but not worth the hassle as this is more a nostalgia trip than a first experience for me.
