Really wanted to like this title. Quirky French stylings: check. Black & White graphic novel cutscenes: check. Point & Click adventuring: check. However, the story makes no sense, as there are these unexplainable leaps of logic, especially towards the end (did we run out of disc space, or something?). Although fully voiced, it is laughably bad in most cases, made even worse by terribly obvious translation errors. The "fast paced action sequences" so boldly flogged consists of two (2!!) extremely simple timed or gesture-based minigames that must be performed correctly, lest our hero meet his doom. Not very engaging at all! And even worse, the one game only appears in the first third of the game, and then dissappears entirely for the remainder. Honestly, even at a budget price, it's not worth the effort, as there are much better budget-priced games on this site, worthy of your attention.
