Rugby World Cup 2011 is a mixed bag. It offers official World Cup licensing and multiplayer support, which can be enjoyable for fans. However, it lacks significant innovation, has outdated graphics, and limited team licenses, including missing official player names for top teams like New Zealand. The game's AI is also underwhelming, and there are no tutorials for new players. Overall, it feels like a rebranded version of older rugby games without substantial improvements.

It feels like 505 Games and HB Studios have thoughtlessly churned out Rugby World Cup 2011 (PS3), hoping the official stamp will make it more palatable. Well I find Rugby World Cup 2011 (PS3) offensive and unacceptable. For example: 1) The actual All Blacks and Wallabies aren't available, unless you spend Donkeys years editing. 2) Squads are wrong. Like Care and Strettle for England. 3) Kits are wrong, like with England where it looks like their Rugby World Cup 2007 kit! 4) They couldn't even bother to get some top players to grace the cover art, like with most other sports games. The gameplay is pretty irrelevant to be honest, as the whole experience is ruined by the general lack of effort. 1/5 Stars and if I could score any lower, I would!

Okay here's the thing HB studios who made this game(that's right it's not EA games) haven't got rights for new zealand rugby therefore all the names and even probably key features like Carter's super kicking ability or Mccaw's rucking skills take a huge hit. But you get almost all the teams that's known in rugby world, Still they rank New Zealand as rank one though. I was a bit disappointed by this as I'm a huge New Zealand fan. There's nothing wrong with the seller nor Amazon. The seller in fact is awesome I got the disc way before the day it was suppose to arrive
