As expected. It doesn’t irritate the skin as some more powerful epilators. Still has two speeds and is strong enough. Like the cleaning brush and tge glove.

I thought this was a device that charges up to use, but it needs to be connected to a power source. I don’t exactly feel like sitting by the window or living room when using it so I haven’t actually been able to use it… pretty disappointing and can’t return as I don’t have the box now? Really inconvenient and not what I was looking for.

It's going back. Only just opened box as I had been I'll for a while. I thought I had understood it could be used on face/chin. The instructions say not!! Repacked and going to return never used.

I bought it few weeks ago,.Before that I had an expensive epilator,but the new one much better and it is worth the price.
