The toothbrush is boxed with paperwork but no instructions. Basically they have to be downloaded from the Internet. No consideration for those who don't use the Internet.

This is a good quality product. The one star has to do with the technology used to clean. The vibrations are so intense that it tickles the inside of my mouth. Like so bad, its like being tickled in an uncomfortable/torchured way. I cant return it to the store, obviously, for hygenic reasons. So, now it sits in a drawer. $60 down the drain. I bought an Oral B that ocylates instead and it works great! I enjoy using it. So, its a user preference. Just be aware of this technology, vs oscillating technology.

Works well but when charging the light just keeps flashing so you never know when it is fully charged.
