Beurer Verwarmingskussen, BEU HK123 XXL Verwarmingskussen L.Ed. (60 x 30 cm)

A few months ago I bought a Beurer HK123 XXL Nordic Personal Heat Pad from JB Hi-Fi, and unfortunately, I had to return it a couple of weeks later after it stopped working and then, two weeks after that, I had to return the replacement for the same reason. It was frustrating, but to JB's credit, changing the product and eventually getting a refund was no issue at all. In the end, I went with a Sunbeam Heating Pad from another retail outlet instead, and that one actually has a better heating area and has been reliable to use as I've been using it daily for a back injury and have needed this to be reliable for months on end. I don't normally write reviews but appreciate other people leaving them and given my experience with the same product, twice, wanted to mention this. If you do decide to purchase this product I would definitely hang onto your receipt!

The controller doesn't work properly too hard to push up for settings. Can I still get warranty on it as it was a present.

The temperature is perfect and the automatic switch off

This was the perfect gift for my nana for Mothers Day. Light and compact to send interstate and she absolutely loves it saying it so gorgeous and soft and is keeping her toasty warm.
