Dear friends, this brand of Microsoft computer is a big scam, a big lie, a big disappointment, they look nice, fine but in reality they are TERRIBLE, three of my children bought this computer, and all three broke within two years of use , and all three had the same problem, they did not turn on, I called Microsotf and they told me that they could do nothing because they were out of warranty, I took them to a technician and they told me that they could not fix them. Personally I have no interest against Microsoft but it is not fair that these miserable people make computers that fail in 2 years for the price they charge for more than 800 dollars for each one, we honestly feel cheated. Seriously dear friends don't buy these Microsotf computers.

I had an awful experience purchasing this laptop. I ordered it and the keyboard came in a totally different language (or set it keys). Thankfully I was able to return it and got a refund. Pay close attention when ordering.

The laptop won’t turn on. The screen backlight flashes on/off 4 times. Since it is just passed the warranty, Microsoft is asking $400 to repair it. And I have to ship it over to their repair center, which means I am sitting here without a laptop for weeks. Basically, I ended up with an expensive paper weight. This is insanity.
