This dock works very well - everything connects quickly and provides most of what is needed. My only critique for improvement would be to include one or two more USB A ports on the dock.

Very easy to set up. Also the Dell support team was easy to get hold of for questions in installation.

It works as advertised, believe it or not. Don't be married to HDMI inputs for your monitors, because this doesn't have enough for that. Make sure your monitors can accept DVI. No VGA and only one HDMI output.
