A bit expensive for what it is (a mini PC that isn’t very well equipped), but it meets my expectations as an HTPC connected to the TV: 4K 60Hz, configurable support for HDMI Arc (can turn the TV and sound on and off when switching from standby to active and then back to standby AND not react if the TV and sound are turned on independently of it). Ideal with a recent Linux distribution.

I bought it with a Corsair MP600 Elite M2 drive and CORSAIR SO DIMM 32 GB DD5 5600 Mhz RAM. Everything is perfectly compatible and works very well.

Bought slim 7 155 barebone. Everything went together as shown in documentation. I'm running Fedora 41 - installed from Live flash drive. No glitches, seems like it will run forever. Case is at room temperature (although I am not yet stressing it). Quiet - I thought it was fanless, but I upgraded the Bios (probably not necessary) and then noticed the fan speed around 2100 rpm. Quite a bit smaller than the ATX box which it is replacing. Have not yet used the Thunderbolt 4 ports. Need some cables..

This is my first NUC and it's exactly what I was looking for. Ultra-compact machine with really good firepower. Very easy to add RAM + Nvme SSD. Ultra quiet in the office. The fan does make itself heard, however, when you're doing more demanding tasks (gaming, for example). Be careful when installing Windows 11: the Ethernet/Wifi card is not recognised by default (before installing the drivers). So for the initial Windows setup, you need to bypass the installation when it asks you to configure the network (see Microsoft thread "Open cmd with Shift + F10 and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO").
