Silverstone Milo ML06

So the ML05 is one of the 7L series by SilverStone. I am using it not for a home theater system but for a small form factor pc for a professional work place. It has a great look to it and I love that part of it. I wish it had came with feet for a horizontal or vertical placement. I am putting a 5600g in here and it will be more than enough. I did remove the ssd holder for extra room for cables. I think the downfalls of the case is that it also came with a 140 mm magnetic dust filter rather than a 120 mm. Not a huge deal but it was a bit of an annoyance. I would have also loved for black screws for the exterior instead of silver. It would just be better ascetics in my opinion. For integrated graphics and a build with few components, it seems like it will be a great case.

I did my first I Mitx build with this, was surprisingly easy to work with. It even came with filters! My $130 corsair case didn't come with filters! My only dislike is there is no power LED indicating its turned on.

I did two mini-ITX builds recently, one with this Silverstone ML05B case and another with a Fractal Node 202. I did the Node 202 build first and found it challenging to mount a fan for a passively cooled mini-ITX board. (In the end it was moot, because I decided to put in a motherboard with an actively cooled CPU.) By comparison, doing the build with the Silverstone ML05B was a breeze. It has a place to mount a fan if you need it, otherwise that tray can be used for an optical device. I found the space in front of the power supply to be really cramped. I ended up taking out the 2.5" drive holder and just placing the SSDs on the bottom of the case beneath all the wires that ended up in front of the power supply. If I had to do it over again, I'd use this Silverstone case for both builds.

Good tiny chassis but when add-on-card is installed, it is difficult to connect cable to hard drives.

With the compact style , this case is very suitable for small spaces .Recommended .
