Installed and works nicely on my HP Proliant DL160
I bought a cheap HP Proliant DL160 blade server which didn't have a DVD... this slipped right in. Two supplied cables. Warning: if you've never installed one of these before, you'll have to do some digging on the HP site to figure out where to attach the SCSI cable on the board. Spend the extra to get RW capability.
