okay so I think everyone just needs to keep in mind everyone has different skin not the same so find something that helps you, yeah it's gonna be a bit of a waste of money but you can save money if you do research to find out what your skin needs and your skin type

Why have they fixed something that wasn’t broken?! The old formula filled a gap in the market - many of us have dehydrated not dry skin. The old formula was perfect for that, kind to eczema, actually did absorb quickly (new one def does not unless you have skin like the Sahara) and smelled nice. Was literally perfect and so incredibly rare for a lotion to manage all that. This new formula is a travesty. Product is now no different than any other lotion out there. If Nivea cared about customer loyalty at all they would make the old formula available again for all their customers who relied on it. Surely they can see from the reviews there is enough demand for it??!

I have been using the 72h body lotion for many years, and it used to be an excellent product. Since the recent reformulation, however, it no longer absorbs properly or moisturizes my dry skin at all. I now have no choice but to switch to another brand. Why did you change a formula that clearly worked and was well-loved, only to replace it with something that clearly isn’t meeting customers' needs?

I have to disagree with other reviews I have used this for many years and I think it's still just as good if not better after the new formulation. As with Nivea body lotions nothing beats them for that nourished soft skin feel. I am very happy with this product and will buy for as long as they produce it it's lovely .Only four stars as I find it too perfumed but I can live with that.

We have used this for years. It has been made very poor by reformulating it. It now leaves my skin feeling tight and dry! I will seek an alternative.
