De Philips AVENT SCD731/26 biedt een storingsvrije DECT-verbinding en kristalhelder geluid, waardoor ouders altijd gerust zijn. Het apparaat heeft een sterrenhemelprojector, nachtlampje, slaapliedjes en een terugspreekfunctie voor extra comfort. De temperatuurweergave en lange batterijduur zijn grote pluspunten. Een nadeel is dat er geen videofunctie is en de babyunit werkt niet op oplaadbare batterijen. Sommige gebruikers vinden het display en geluid 's nachts te fel. Over het algemeen is dit een betrouwbare keuze voor wie vooral audio en extra comfort zoekt.

Absolutely awful! Philips should withdraw this from the market immediately! I was stupid enough to buy it even though I read the one-star reviews. It did exactly what the one-star reviews said – broke after about 2 months. That is a short life-span for the price, but more importantly a piece of equipment that has such a big geo print. The fact that it cuts out more often than it works makes it totally unreliable and more stressful than helpful. I have had both my twin girls crying their cots with semi closed doors, only to realise by ear that the device isn't working. Another piece of electronics and plastic on the rubbish tip called earth. Don't be fooled by it's sleek look. Quality = appalling!

Very pleased. We have thick stone walls and it works well, even outside. Good sound quality. Easy to use and set up. Highly recommend

At first we were really happy with this item, it worked perfectly fine for couple months. No issue what so ever. Then, however, it does not always come on when baby cries, we can hear little one crying in his room but the monitor stays silent. Both units are connected (green light, not beeping and searching for signal) and sensitivity is set to the highest possible. I have to turn it off and on again and then it's working fine again. This doesn't happen very often but since then we can't rely and fully trust this monitor anymore. Therefore I can't recommend it. What a shame, it seemed like one of the best item I ever purchased.
