Weleda Baby lichaamsverzorging, Calendula Wind- en Weerbalsem

I received this free with an order from nourishedlife.com (one of my favourite websites for clean products) and have only used for a few weeks so far. As it is quite humid and warm in Brisbane, I haven't had need to use it for cold/windy days as intended. Instead, I used it around my 1 y.o nose when he had a cold to protect the skin and it did the trick! It's a thick, oily consistency but thins out as it warms up on the skin. I think will get more use out of it when baby 2 arrives this winter.

This product is great if you are out in some cold windy weather. It creates a barrier against the weather, almost like sunscreen creating a barrier from the sun. The cream is kind of runny and sticky, it does not rub on babies face very well. And it stays rather sticky and hair and things stick to the face.

I do not like the smell at all however it does leave a definite layer on the skin so should protect, time will tell.

I love this cream - could not survive the winter without it. I have about six tubes all around the house, in my handbag, etc. It is brilliant for sore lips, dry skin, protecting your face if going out dogwalking/running in cold, wet, windy weather. It is also incredibly cheap!
