De Michelin Latitude Sport in maat 255/55R18 109Y XL N1 is een ultra-high-performance zomerband die specifiek is ontwikkeld voor krachtige 4x4- en SUV-modellen. Rijders prijzen de hoge grip en stabiliteit op droog asfalt en de zeer betrouwbare prestaties op natte wegen, mede dankzij technologie uit de sportbanden van Michelin. Voor een sportieve SUV-band is het comfortniveau goed en het geluidsniveau relatief laag, terwijl veel gebruikers ook tevreden zijn over de haalbare kilometrage. Belangrijk om te weten is dat dit echt een zomerband is: in koude omstandigheden en zeker in sneeuw of ijs moet u overstappen op aparte winterbanden. Daarnaast ligt de prijs duidelijk hoger dan die van veel standaard SUV-banden, en offroad in modder, zand of diepe sneeuw is dit geen ideale keuze. Voor bestuurders die vooral op de weg rijden en hun SUV sportief en veilig willen laten sturen, is dit echter een sterke premiumoptie.

I have had 3 pairs of these tires on two different Porsche Cayenne Turbo's and the performance has been outstanding, the only complaint is I only get about 17,000 miles per set. Keep in mind they are high performance tires, and this is pretty much what you can expect from any other brand. I have had Pirelli and Continental, neither can match the performance and sound qualities of the Michelin tire. I have owned seven Porsche's, and I now only buy Michelin.

40000 Mileage before replacement. Excellent tire. I think the tires will approach AR 60000 Kms.
